I am happy to be able to introduce Neurofeedback to my practice.  Neurofeedback is essentially training for your brain--through feedback from sensors placed on your head, you are able to adjust your brain waves to function more optimally.  Neurofeedback is not a medical procedure, and nothing is "done to" your brain.  You just sit back, relax, and allow your brain to learn to function the best that it can.
